Laura has been tweaking her morning routine for an easier “wake up” and finally figured out a formula that gives her a better start.

Laura was convinced her cortisol levels were off. After a few rounds of tests, it was confirmed that her levels were actually normal. It turns out that she had created a habit on her own that was working against her body’s natural waking up process.

By moving her morning cup of coffee to a later time by two minutes each day as well as a few other tricks and tweaks, she has changed the pattern and waking up is a happier experience.
