Spoiler alert! Only one of out the three of us meditates regularly. But let the record stand that all three of us love the idea of meditation. We would welcome any minute of it and apparently even 10 min a day makes a difference. Take us away for 10 minutes and calm our minds, please.

Where to start and how to make it a habit is the brass tax we’d like to get to. There are two types of meditation. Calming and Insight meditation. Calming includes Mindfulness, Breath Awareness, Transcendental and Guided Meditation to name a few. Insight includes Vipassana, Samatha, Zazen, Walking and Body Scan Meditation. These all seem fascinating but a bit intimidating to start.
